Mauna Kai’s all shell necklaces are made with natural shells harvested from beaches throughout the South Pacific. Each necklace is hand-strung and measures approximately 16″ in length.

Our warehouse staff is highly trained to pack your goods precisely according to the specifications we offer. Your goods are thoroughly checked and properly secured before shipping. There are distribution centers and warehouses in Europe as well as the USA.
Note: Orders containing more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing period for each item.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. The majority of orders will be sent within 48 hours. The expected delivery time is 3 to 7 days.
Returns
We don't control the inventory in our warehouse and factory. The levels of stock can change at any given time. Be aware that it is possible for your order to become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you made your purchase, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
